Founded in 2007 by Robert Marchese and Alfredo Ponissi, Allegro Meat Ltd. emerged from a wealth of experience and family ties to the meat industry. Robert has always been involved in the meat industry, tied to his childhood roots in his fathers’ supermarket, from which his passion for his craft began. Alfredo’s experience comes from decades of exposure to the meat industry too, as his journey began in 1984, when he worked with his father-in-law to produce and supply meats to restaurants and banquet halls. Together, Robert and Alfredo have combined their immersive knowledge and expertise, as well as their Italian influences, to provide you with the finest cuts of meat.
