Veal

All of our veal is milk and grain fed, and sold in distinctly European cuts that range from scaloppini to chops, and from roasts to cutlets. Chicken

Our cuts are contoured to your every need, stemming from a whole chicken to specialty cuts, including our famous chicken sausages and patties. We invite you to indulge in our hand-hammered chicken cutlets, which are pounded with fine bread crumbs and an assortment of herbs and spices to meet your very needs. Lamb

Sourced from both Canadian, Australian and New Zealander farms, our lamb proves to be high grade and fresh, from the farm to your business. Here at Allegro Meat Ltd., we offer our lamb products by the part, such as whole legs and chops, and prepared as Speducci. Much like our chicken products, we are able to meet religious requests, as much of our lamb is 100% Halal, certified from the suppliers.
